Booking a Session | If you are interested in booking a session with Aftyn Marie Photography, please be sure to book your session as soon as possible to ensure availability. At your consultation (via in person, email or over the phone) we will go over all the details (clothing, props, poses, etc.)  A $50 deposit is due at that time in order to secure your scheduled date. Please note that this is non refundable if you do cancel your session. (Rescheduling a session is an option!)

Locations | We can work together to determine the best location for your style. I am an on location photographer using natural sunlight. I have a few favorite locations around the Kansas City Metro area, but I am always open to suggestions as well. Locations over 30 miles outside the Kansas City Metro (Liberty, MO & Olathe KS are as far as I will travel without an additional travel fee.) do require an additional $20 travel fee. I do offer {Studio Style} sessions inside my own home in case it is needed. Please note that my in-home studio sessions are available for babies only. (Newborn - One year)

Timing | For outdoor sessions I like to photograph during the morning and evening hours which allows for the best natural light. {The Golden hour} This is usually within 4 hours of sunrise and in the last 2 hours as the sun begins to set. For my in-home studio style sessions morning and afternoon times work best. Days are limited. (Sunday, Monday & Wednesdays)

During Your Session | Bring any props, toys or other belongings you would like to incorporate into your session. For children, please make sure they come fed and well rested. Hungry, fussy kids usually do not want to be photographed. Feel free to bring snacks and drinks along with you as well just in case.  I do bring goodies along with me for a good 'ole bribe if needed. :) (I will only use these with permission from the parent.)

After Your Session | Usually within 24-48 hours after your session I will post a **SNEAK PEEK** on my Facebook page. Within 2-3 weeks of your session, I will have your images uploaded to my Facebook page (with your permission), and also posted to my website in your own viewing gallery where you will be able to download your photos to your own computer, or buy high-resolution prints.
